Exciting goals are invariably incubated first through the efforts of people. Cognisant of this, the Corporate Development team is charged with setting and executing overall group strategy. Their first remit is the indentification and vetting of organic and acquisition growth opportunities as a means to ensure the most advantageous deployment of group capital. Once a prospective transaction is ratified the team is then the "engine room" that oversees the execution of newly acquired businesses.

As the senior member of the Sydney based team, yours is a life balanced between the competing needs of close involvement with the company's leadership committee, management of complex assignments, application of consistent evaluation standards and structuring of the deals. These activities are at the heart of your passion for initiating, driving and managing transactions.
