Due to an internal promotion, one of Australia’s premium Financial Services Groups now has a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced people manager in their Investment Operations division. The Investment Operations division is an integral part of the customer transaction and investment valuation process for the Group.

Reporting to the Head of Investments, you will responsible for managing the Unit Pricing, Performance Analytics, Reconciliations and Project Office teams. You will be responsible for continuing to embed cultural change, manage process/systems change, meet operational KPI's and build a sustainable business operation. In addition you will be responsible for advising and supporting the Executive Committee.

To be considered for this pivotal role, you will have already managed large teams and can clearly demonstrate your successful change management experience. You must also have strong knowledge in accounting, unit pricing, process improvement and control.
