Daoud Edris

Daoud graduated with Joint Honours Degree in Geography and Middle Eastern Studies and then completed an MBA from Oxford University, subsequently spending 5 years in Commercial Management with Barclays and British Petroleum working across Europe, the Middle East and Russia.

In the mid nineties Daoud commenced his career in recruitment with a leading international consultancy, managing retained and preferred supplier assignments for listed companies across the UK. This included day to day recruitment as well as the training, development and management of large consulting teams.

In 2004 Daoud moved to Australia permanently and held a senior appointment with one of Australia’s leading ASX Listed executive recruitment firms. In this capacity he was responsible for growing scaleable teams for both new companies and new product launches. In 2008 Daoud joined SCG and brought a wealth of both local and overseas Commercial and Management experience to the business. He continues to specialise in advising and servicing executive Human Capital requirements with some of the most prominent employers across Australia and Asia Pacific.

 
 

Faz Fazal

Faz graduated with Honours in Business Decision Sciences, subsequently spending 5 years within the accounting and finance arena whilst pursuing his professional accountancy qualifications. During this period Faz was actively involved in recruitment. Having worked in a variety of industries from banking to telecoms, in the mid nineties Faz commenced his career in recruitment with a leading international consultancy.

Initially Faz specialised in the senior to executive finance recruitment market, with regional management responsibilities including the management and implementation of Master Vendor Agreements. This included day to day recruitment as well as the training, development and management of large consulting teams.

In 2000 Faz moved to Australia permanently and held a number of senior appointments with one of Australia’s leading ASX Listed executive recruitment firms. This included the role of General Manager for the Group’s largest business unit managing over 60 staff across 9 functional disciplines in multiple industry sectors.  As one of only a few operational Senior Principals within the Group, Faz was also responsible for the successful execution of executive search assignments.

In 2008 Faz joined SCG. Having built an enviable reputation over the years as the “trusted advisor of choice” to his customers, Faz continues to provide successful Human Capital solutions to Australasia’s business leaders and executives alike. 

 

Marion Harris

Marion commenced her career in the financial services industry working in both the London and Sydney markets for a range of prominent international brands. After a number of successful years, Marion’s career then transitioned to executive recruitment specialising within financial services leveraging off her previous industry knowledge and expertise.

Marion initially commenced her banking career in London working for a number of global organisations within back office operations. Marion then progressed into a middle office position where she was responsible for profit and loss reporting and monitoring risk for an emerging market options desk in both London and New York. Once in Sydney, Marion worked within the middle office of a leading domestic bank reporting profit and loss for the fixed interest desks. Marion then spent some time in funds management compliance working for a number of leading funds management firms.

Marion’s Australasian recruitment experience commenced in 2000 which included the role as Principal for one of Australia’s leading ASX Listed executive recruitment firms specialising in executive assignments within Financial Services. Marion joined SCG in 2008. With Marion’s innovative approach to Human Capital and her specialist market expertise she continues to exceed customers’ expectations through service delivery excellence. 

 

Dominic Moore

Dominic graduated with Honours in Geography from Loughborough University before entering the UK recruitment industry in 1997 with a leading international FTSE listed consultancy. During his 5 years with them, he specialised in the execution of senior finance assignments combined with regional management and thought leadership responsibilities.

In 2001 Dominic moved to Australia permanently and held a number of senior appointments with one of Australia’s leading ASX Listed executive recruitment firms. This included the role of managing the Sydney executive finance team combined with the delivery of executive assignments to a broad range of international and domestic financial services clients.

In 2006 Dominic joined a boutique executive search consultancy where he delivered on executive search assignments across the corporate services (finance & accounting, strategy & internal consulting, M&A, risk management, treasury, legal) functions to a targeted selection of international and domestic financial services clients.

Dominic was appointed to SCG in 2009. Bringing extensive, multi-disciplined local and international experience to the business, Dominic continues to deliver excellence on his assignments with a select number of iconic employers in Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region.

 

Frank Soros

Frank Soros graduated from Macquarie University, Sydney with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Frank commenced his career initially in the pharmaceutical industry having worked for a top ten multinational pharmaceutical group. Throughout this period he gained specialised experience in sales, marketing, human resources and sales management.

Frank entered the recruitment industry in the mid nineties specialising in Search & Selection in the Technology environment. Frank’s experience to date has seen him conduct successful executive search assignments both domestically and internationally across a range of Technology related disciplines. Frank’s expertise to date has resulted in providing Human Capital solutions to a variety of industries including Technology, Telecommunications, Professional Services, Financial Services, FMCG, Retail and Supply Chain.

Most recently Frank led the Advanced Technology Practice for Futurestep in Australia (a Korn Ferry Company) having already gained international experience with the Hong Kong based Kernel Resources running their local Technology Practice.

In 2010 Frank was appointed Senior Principal of the Australasian specialist executive recruitment firm Stonewater Consulting Group (SCG) to lead the Technology Executive Search & Recruitment Practice. Without a doubt being one of the most respected Technology Human Capital Advisors in the Australasian region, Frank continues to provide Thought Leadership to the industry as well as innovative solutions to business leaders and executives alike.
